We’re committed to delivery high quality refurbished electrical equipment.

All of our hard drives come with a 1 year (365 day) guarantee. If your product stops working, simply return it to us (address below) along with proof of purchase, and we’ll replace your hard drive with another free of charge.

Please note, that where-ever possible, your replacement hard drive will be the same model as the drive your ordered, but based on supply chain constraints this isn’t always possible. In these rare cases, we’ll be in touch to make sure you get the product you need.

The guarantee only covers devices that have been used as per the manufacturer’s instructions, and excludes any damage resultant from neglect, mishandling, damage etc etc.
